Deliveries:

Hanningfield Smokehouse offers a next day delivery service between Monday to Thursday. Orders received on a Friday and weekend period will be dealt with on a Monday and your goods will arrive with you on Tuesday.

Should you require your products to be delivered on a specific date then please highlight this on your online order or inform the person taking your order by telephone.

Saturday deliveries can be arranged. please contact us to discuss as an additional charge is required for this service.

Please ensure that you are able to accept the delivery at the address given or that specific instructions are left for our couriers to leave the parcel in a safe place.Due to the nature of our products being perishable, we take great care to ensure that they are securely packaged in specially designed insulated parcels, which allows the goods to remain at a safe chilled temperature for up to 48 hours.Hanningfield Smokehouse cannot accept any responsibility for parcels that are unsuccessfully delivered during that 24 hour period due to customer error.

 

Storage:

We strongly advise that once you receive your order the items are immediately unpacked and placed in the refrigerator or freezer. Please follow the 'use by' and storage instructions on each individual product.

 

Deliveries outside the UK:

Unfortunately we are unable at this time to fulfill orders outside of the UK.

 

Cancelling your order:

Refund:

Should you for any reason not be completely satisfied with our product or the parcel is delivered damaged we will be more than happy to offer you a full refund or replace the item free of charge.

You do not have to have a PayPal account to make a payment you will be offered a 'Don't have a PayPal account' option.If you prefer not to process your card details online the please contact us directly. We will be happy to take your details over the telephone and the transaction will be completed while you are on the telephone. This offers you peace of mind that the transaction is complete and delivery details have been confirmed.
